Cancellation & refund policy
Thanks for your interest in learning from Trill Route. We try to ensure a comfortable learning experience for all our students. As with any online purchase experience, some terms and conditions govern the Refund Policy. When you purchase from Trill Route, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund policy.
Our refund policy is as follows:
You acknowledge that the Services purchased by you are non-transferable and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services and courses offered by us on our website or our centers related to music education, including both online and offline formats.
You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to refund any fees and applicable charges paid by you, in full or partially, under no circumstances, including for modifying and extending the duration of the Service, change in the commencement date of the Service, your failure to attend or participate in the Service, modification of the structure or content of the Service.
Exceptional circumstances: In the event of unforeseen service disruptions or severe interruptions that significantly impact the delivery or quality of our services, we will assess the circumstances and may offer appropriate refunds or alternatives. If a refund is provided, you hereby agree and acknowledge that such amount to be refunded may either be paid as cash or credit for the purchase of other Trill Route Services of equivalent value (at the time of refund), solely at the discretion of Trill Route. Any discounts or offers included in the original pricing will not be considered in this situation. In such instances, please note that the refund process can take approximately 15 to 30 working days to be completed, depending on the original method of payment and your financial institution's policies.
